Announcing Output Festival PHASE 3

Output Festival is a dance music odyssey, hosted inside an abandoned naval base, on a private island in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Returning to Goat Island this November with more light, sound and dance than ever before, the first four artists announced all hail with an international edge -- Mall Grab, DJ Seinfeld, HAAi and Amotik. Up next, we turn our attention to five incredible domestic artists set to rock the very foundations of Output this summer…

Human Movement
Looking for a highly volatile stash of dance floor bombs with squelching bass and rhythmic kicks Human Movement know how to hammer it home. This rising electronic duo gets the blood pumping and the dance floor shifting with dirty warehouse beats and knack for playing the crowd like a twisted fiddle. Their new jam 'Run It By Me' is out now on Defected Records and they'll be sizzling over in Europe for the summer before giving Output the rinse treatment.

Jensen Interceptor
Jensen Interceptor is an unstoppable machine. In 2018 he has accomplished more than some artists do in a lifetime with the release of 7x EPs (yes, 7!), the launch of his own record label, and an extensive European tour that will keep him on the road between now and Output. He's even stated there's plenty more music to come this year, and we await his return to Goat Island with baited breath.

Loods is an understated character with a big fun raw and sample heavy take on classic house music. Now relocated to London, Loods has released his debut record on longtime friend Mall Grab’s Steel City Dance Discs label and can now be found playing energetic and heartfelt sets all over the UK and Europe on any given weekend. Loods also hosts his own radio show Steel City on Netil Radio, co-hosted with label mate Salary Boy, where he showcases the more distilled and refined side of his collection.

Lucy Cliche
Lucy been a critical force in the Aussie DIY music scene for over 10 years. Her genre blurring approach to electronic music is grounded in her long history in Australia’s underground through her work with industrial ambient duo Half High, murky pop group Knitted Abyss and experimental no-wave group Naked On The Vague. Lucy’s work has also extended to sound installation, and soundtracks for video works for contemporary artists and filmmakers. Her debut EP 'Drain Down‘ was released through Noise In My Head Records and we're pumped to welcome her to the Output stage.

Luen Jacobs
In the last 12 months Luen has performed at Splendour in the Grass, Strawberry Fields and Groovin the Moo and supported Peggy Gou, Wolf + Lamb, Red Axis, Dj Seinfeld, Honey Dijon and more. Behind the decks Luen takes a wide approach, mixing house and techno classics with tasty and rare oddities, and you'll equally find her playing 6 hour sets at Pavlova Bar to hitting Revolver on the reg. Be sure to check out Luen's Beats Of No Nation podcast series and regular Taxx compilations.
